Canton's annual Brews, Brats and Bands is back for a 17th year, and organizers warn that day-of availability at the door will be limited.

The 21-and-older festival returns to Preservation Park in Cherry Hill Village on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. The evening pairs craft beer with food, live music and entertainment at the barn venue at 500 N. Ridge Road.

General admission tickets cost $45. Designated driver tickets are $15. Both are on sale now through Canton Parks, Recreation and Community Services, which is encouraging residents to buy ahead rather than count on walk-up sales.

The event has drawn steady interest. A Facebook post from Canton Parks, Recreation and Community Services announcing the date had drawn 61 shares by Aug. 11, four days after going up.

Canton Township describes the evening as a chance for craft beer fans to enjoy food, music and entertainment, according to a civic alert on the township's website. Specific performers for the 2026 lineup have not yet been announced.

Preservation Park, the grounds anchoring Cherry Hill Village, hosts the festival at its barn structure off Ridge Road. The park is a familiar gathering spot for Canton residents who have attended township events there throughout the year.
