Crews began repairing curbs on seven Plymouth streets Friday, Aug. 28, as part of the city's 2026 Infrastructure Improvement Program.
The work spans sections of Wing, Harding, Maple, Evergreen, William, Goldsmith and Ann Arbor Trail, according to a city newsletter published Friday.
Here are the specific locations:
- Wing Street between Deer and Harding
- Harding Street between Deer and Joy
- Maple Street between Hamilton and Fairground
- Evergreen Street between Penniman and Sheridan
- William Street between Arthur and Irvin
- Goldsmith Street between Lena and Sheldon
- Ann Arbor Trail between Mill and the railroad tracks
The city asked drivers to slow down near the work zones, watch for workers and equipment and follow posted signs.
Labor Day closures and trash delay
All City of Plymouth offices will close Monday, Sept. 7, for Labor Day and reopen Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 8 a.m.
Residents who need to make payments or drop off correspondence while offices are closed can use the drop box in the Church Street vestibule.
Trash and recycling collection will be delayed one day because of the holiday, the city said. The newsletter did not specify how the delay applies to each day of the week.
