Concrete crews in Plymouth move to Joel Street, Evergreen, Goldsmith and the Mill-Liberty intersection this week, as the city's 2026 road program continues.

Monday's work begins near Joel Street and Ann Arbor Trail, according to a city construction update published Sunday, Sept. 20. On Tuesday, Sept. 22, crews shift to Evergreen, Goldsmith and the Mill-Liberty intersection, moving between sites as pours finish. Any remaining concrete is expected to wrap Wednesday, Sept. 23.

Restoration crews are also laying seed, straw and mulch blankets along Park Street in Old Village.

The schedule follows a busy week of Sept. 14, when crews milled and paved Maple, Ann Arbor Trail, Wing, Harding, William and Goldsmith before starting concrete at Joel Street and Mill-Liberty on Thursday, Sept. 17.

Resurfacing on Ann Arbor Trail near Joel, Evergreen, William and Goldsmith will not begin until fresh concrete has cured and structure adjustments are complete. The city said that work is anticipated in the coming weeks but did not give a date. Paving plans for Goldsmith and potentially William are also in the works.
