Plymouth's varsity volleyball team went 4-0-1 in a one-day tournament at Lincoln (Ypsilanti) on Saturday, Aug. 29, beating St. Catherine of Siena Academy 2-0, Lincoln 2-0, Valley Lutheran 2-1 and Pioneer 2-0, while tying Huron 1-1, according to MaxPreps.

The win over St. Catherine avenged an earlier loss to the same opponent.

Plymouth improved to 17-2-1 on the season. Head coach Lindsey Ancevski leads the Wildcats, who next play Brighton in a league match Sept. 9. St. Catherine is scheduled to face Regina on Sept. 8.
