A nail salon with eight years of history in Ann Arbor has expanded to Canton's Ford Road corridor.
Signature Nails & Spa opened at 42418 Ford Road in spring 2026, giving owner Tuy Vien Nguyen a second location alongside her original shop inside Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor. The Canton Downtown Development Authority profiled the business in its 2026 Canton Today Second Quarter magazine, published Monday, July 20.
The Ann Arbor salon, at 462 Briarwood Circle, has built a following for nail extensions and custom nail art since opening roughly eight years ago, according to the DDA profile written by Kelsi Klein. Nguyen's Canton expansion brings those services to one of the township's busiest retail strips.
Services at the new location include manicures, pedicures, acrylic and dip powder enhancements, Gel X applications, nail art, and waxing. The salon offers nine pedicure options, each with a complimentary beverage, and a "Princess's Menu" with manicures, pedicures, and polish changes for children under 7.
The space also handles group bookings. According to the DDA profile, the salon can host bridal showers, birthday parties, and bachelorette events, with a large enough team to serve multiple guests at once.
