Students in grades 6 through 12 can pick up a 6-inch skeleton at Plymouth District Library and dress it up for the library's Skeleton Fashion Show.
Kit pickup began Thursday, Oct. 1, and runs through Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the library, 223 S. Main St. in Plymouth. The library's event listing promises room for "extremely humerus or bone-afide couture." The designer behind the fan-favorite outfit wins a prize.
Finished skeletons go on display inside the library from Thursday, Oct. 15, through Saturday, Oct. 31. Registration is required. Friends of Plymouth District Library is sponsoring the program, which was also featured in a Michigan Public roundup of Halloween-season events across the state.
